Miami-Dade County prosecutors released about 10 hours of video Wednesday, only a few moments of which depicted Bieber. In one clip, the pop star wavers as he tries to walk heel to toe, then stumbles slightly as he turns and appears to have his arms out for balance.
The video was sought by The Associated Press and other media organizations under Florida’s public records law.

Ford, was not at City Hall for the annual tribute to the reggae icon.
But this year’s celebration was newsworthy after the mayor admitted to smoking heavy drugs in a “drunken stupor,” and an earlier appearance in the city council chambers dancing to Bob Marley’s iconic song “One Love.”

Naysayers say that marijuana is physically harmful, not to mention illegal in most states.Whereas the proponents of legalization argue that there are many medical benefits to this herb that are not fully being used due to it’s mostly illegal status.
With studies on both sides that show both the positive and negative effects that marijuana can have on the human body, it’s hard to know who is right.
*Chief Keef was tossed in jail after testing positive for weed in a court-ordered drug test.
According to DNAInfo Chicago, the Chicago rapper’s failed test lands him in Cook County Jail for a 20-day stint.
The test is part of the 18-year-old’s conditional discharge for driving 55 mph over the speed limit last May, speeding along Edens Expressway outside Chicago at 110 mph before being caught.
In an Instagram post, the artist thanked fans for their support ahead of his nearly three-week incarceration.
Authorities said that the rapper, real name Keith Cozart, will undergo a drug rehabilitation program while serving his sentence.
Chief Keef has had a number of run-ins with the law in his time in the spotlight, including multiple arrests for marijuana possession. Early last month, he was sued for not paying rent on his Chicago mansion.
The rapper, whose “Love Sosa” peaked at No. 56 on the Hot 100 and who featured on the “Yeezus” track “Hold My Liquor,” will begin working on a new album upon his release.
*It’s being reported that 2 Chainz was busted at LAX for drugs. He was booked for felony narcotics possession.
Quoting law enforcement authorities, TMZ says 2 Chainz was found to have in his possession Promethazine … one of the 2 main ingredients in sizzurp. He also had less than an ounce of marijuana.
35-year-old 2 Chainz, whose real name is Tauheed Epps, was just in a news cycle the last two days over an incident in San Francisco where he robbed in broad daylight, but refused to admit it. However, just today San Francisco police officials confirmed he was indeed the victim.
And speaking of SF and weed, just yesterday, the rapper tweeted how good the marijuana is in City by the Bay.
“We definitely got geeked up in San Fran, best smoke in the world,” the rapper posted.
But as far as his most recent issue at LAX, that story is still developing …
