The twirl fabulous and 40 former beauty queen just released her DVD, “Booty Boot Camp,” which was once known as “Stallion Booty.
Work that a** in just 20 minutes to “sculpt that lower body and shrink your waistline, flatten and define your abs, and most importantly, lift and firm your backside.”
The video will be available to the public by March 5.

*Beyonce is touching lives once again and for a positive reason. The Grammy Award winning artist is featured on the first lady’s workout video targeting youth in junior high across the nation.
“Let’s Move! Flash Workout” video is part of the National Middle School Association and the National Association of Broadcasters Education Foundation. As a part of the campaign, students at participating schools will join to perform Beyonce’s pre-choreographed dance routine on May 3.
“I am excited to become part of this effort that addresses a public health crisis,” Beyonce said in a statement. “First Lady Michelle Obama deserves credit for tackling this issue directly, and I applaud the NAB Education Foundation for trying to make a positive difference in the lives of our schoolchildren.”
