*A Manhattan judge Tuesday dismissed criminal drunk driving charges against Jeff Tweedy, president of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ clothing line Sean John.
He still faces a minor traffic violation for the June 17 incident, according to the New York Post’s Page Six. He was pulled over in his 2013 Mercedes-Benz when he failed to signal in the Meatpacking District and cops suspected he’d been drinking.
“The defendant had watery and bloodshot eyes, a flushed face, and the odor of alcohol on his breath,” the complaint states.
He was arrested and charged with DWI.
