Bill Cosby’s mug shot taken this afternoon at the Cheltenham Police Department after his arraignment on sexual assault.
As previously reported, his bail was set at $1 million and he left the courthouse 10 minutes after he appeared.
Bill Cosby arrived for his arraignment two hours before his scheduled 4:30 p.m. appearance in front of a magistrate in Elkins Park, Pa. He was formally charged with second-degree aggravated indecent assault.
Montgomery County Assistant District Attorney Kevin R. Steele defined the act as “penetration” without the consent of his victim, former Temple University employee Andrea Constand.
