Birdman Apologizes to ‘Breakfast Club’ Crew; He’s Not Welcome

birdman - b&w

*After acting a complete fool by showing up at “The Breakfast Club” and cussing out the hosts, Charlamange Tha God, Angela Yee and DJ Envy, Bryan “Birdman” Williams is asking for forgiveness. Yeah, he’s sorry for his birdbrain actions. But unfortunately it’s too late.

DJ Envy says shortly after the Cash Money Records CEO walked out of the studio with his lackeys, he hit him up to ask if he could return to apologize to Angela, Charlamagne, and Envy himself face-to-face.

Not too surprisingly, Charlamagne couldn’t care less about the gesture, saying that he doesn’t want to be bothered with Williams anymore.

Complex’s video below points how “The Breakfast Club” co-host (Charlamagne) predicted their guest would set off a hasty interview, and he later posted a message to his twitter that prodded a reaction, stating: #WhatHappenedToThatBoy.

The Cash Money Records CEO has come up as a topic of a couple of Charlamagne’s interviews over the past year. During a one-on-one with VladTV in August Tha God spoke on the topic of beef between the New Orleans duo, stating that Baby ought to pay Wayne what he is owed, and implying that he doesn’t understand how they could have a problem when they would go the lengths of kissing one another on the lips (as has been documented). Months earlier Charlamagne criticized the mogul for his business dealings, stating “There’s no way in hell I would want to do any business dealings with Birdman. Like, you see Lil Wayne suing him for $51 million dollars. He’s notorious for not paying people. He didn’t pay Juvenile, he didn’t pay BG, he didn’t pay Manny Fresh, Turks looking for his money. It’s like, why would you sign to Birdman?”

Well it was obvious when Birdman showed up for his interview with “The Breakfast Club” crew Friday morning that he was pissed at all three and Charlamange in particular.

“Stop playing with my name!” he repeated over and over before Charlamagne invited him to speak on his anger. “I wanted to see you. I wanted to talk to you as a man to your face. I knew a few places you was at. I could’ve pulled up, but I thought that was gangsta,” Williams responded. “I wanted to come look you in your face like a man and tell you how I feel.”

“Did you pull up on Ross that way, or Trick Daddy?” Charlamagne shot back,  referencing past Breakfast Club interviews in which Birdman’s name came up unfavorably.
