*The man Juvenile beat up at a South Carolina Waffle House says he is not planning on pressing charges – because he’s a fan of the rapper. But according to TMZ, he IS planning to file a civil lawsuit:
The customer — who did not want to be ID’d — tells us he’s hired an attorney to give the rapper the ‘ol ultimatum … pay up or else. He says aside from facial cuts, he suffered kidney and rib injuries.
As previously reported, a customer saw Juvenile and his girlfriend walk in and yelled, “Here come all the hos.” Believing it was directed at his girlfriend, the comment set Juvie off.
