*Several members of the Kardashian family were supposed to be on Prince’s 2014 episode of Fox’s “New Girl,” but they were left on the editing room floor once the Purple One found out they were involved.
“New Girl” star Zooey Deschanel stopped by “Conan” Monday and said the scene involved a party that featured models Alessandra Ambrosio and Ana Beatriz Barros and Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Clayton Kershaw. Kris Jenner and daughter Khloe Kardashian also filmed cameos for the sequence, but Prince – who famously kicked Kim Kardashian off stage because she couldn’t dance – didn’t want any Kardashian in his episode.
Zooey said the crew gathered all evidence of the Kardashians being on set, including scripts and call sheets, and threw them in an on-set bonfire.
“I felt so bad because obviously everyone had gone out of their way to be there on that day, but Prince was running the show,” Deschanel said.
