*HBO today released a teaser for its upcoming Issa Rae comedy “Insecure.”
The new eight-episode, half-hour, due to premiere sometime this fall, follows the friendship of two black women as they explore their uncomfortable experiences and racy tribulations.
Rae created, executive produces and stars in the series alongside Yvonne Orji, Jay Ellis and Lisa Joyce.
Prentice Penny, Melina Matsoukas, Michael Rotenberg, Dave Becky and Jonathan Berry serve as executive producers, with Larry Wilmore as a consultant.
