*Kerry Washington, Shonda Rhimes, Samuel L. Jackson, Russell Simmons and Rashida Jones are among more than 100 celebrities who have signed a pledge promising to do whatever is necessary to defeat GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump “and the hateful ideology he represents” this November.

Bryan Cranston, Julianne Moore, Neil Patrick Harris, Ryan Murphy, Michael Moore, Mark Ruffalo and Macklemore have also signed the pledge, launched by MoveOn.org’s “United Against Hate.” The effort aims to stop Trump by using “the power of our voice and the power of our vote,” the group states in an open letter posted on Mic.com.
