Rihanna Warns Concertgoers: No ‘Catching Any Pokémons Up In This B*tch’

Rihanna*Rihanna made it clear during a tour stop in France last Saturday: no cell phone distractions. As part of her world tour for her album “Anti,” Rihanna performed at the Stade Pierre-Mauroy in Lille, France on July 23, according to E! Online.  She told the crowd, “I don’t want to see you texting your boyfriends or your girlfriends. I don’t want to see you catching any Pokémons up in this bitch.”

She’s of course referencing the recent Pokémon GO craze that has swept the world. The game is a mobile app that utilizes Google Maps imaging to allow users to catch virtual creatures in the real world around them.

Some fans are even bothered by those around them getting lost in the app instead of the performance of the artist. Last week during Beyoncé’s concert at the Stade de France, fan Anand Desai-Barocha took a video of another concert goer who was standing right next to the stage and playing the hit mobile game. In the video, Desai-Barocha rants about the situation but quickly changes his mood after he gets a smile from Queen Bey. Check out the clip below.

She’s lucky Solange never saw her. Side note I’m never showering again.

In related news, Rihanna dishes about her first collaboration with the house of Dior, explaining to dior.com what the creation process was like with the famed fashion brand.

“The process was pretty seamless. I spent a day at Dior with their eyewear design team. Started by looking through all the archives to see what they’ve done in the past, then got acquainted with all the new materials! I literally sat there drew, and drew until I was happy with the design, and the team illustrated it for me right then and there. We picked materials and colors that same day, and after that it was a matter of weeks before I saw the first prototype,” Rihanna said.
