*The number of artists demanding that Donald Trump stop using their songs at his campaign events gets larger by the day — from the Rolling Stones to the Turtles, Queen and Earth, Wind & Fire in recent weeks.

On Sunday’s “Last Week Tonight,” John Oliver tackled the issue of politicians appropriating pop music by gathering a number of them for a new protest anthem titled, “Don’t Use Our Song.”

Usher, John Mellencamp, Sheryl Crow, Michael Bolton and Cyndi Lauper were among the artists who took part.

“The point here is, if artists want to lend their music to politicians that’s fine,” Oliver said. “But it is not okay for politicians to just take their songs.”

Ann and Nancy Wilson of Heart, Josh Groban and Imagine Dragons singer Dan Reynolds were also on hand for the performance.

“But we notice something’s wrong and it’s gone on way too long/ So we’re asking you right now, stop using our songs,” Usher sings in the bit.

“If I wanted to sing and not get paid, I’d be on Spotify,” Groban adds at one point.
