*Google’s latest virtual reality venture focuses on racism and racial identity by allowing users to experience the life of Dezzie, a UX Designer working for Google in Paris, who talks about how everyday racism and racial bias affects her life.

“Stand shoulder to shoulder in Virtual Reality with Dezzie and explore her challenges, successes, and sense of identity as you travel with her around Paris and back to her childhood home,” says the video’s description on YouTube.

According to Engadget, the video is the first in a new series from Google titled “Immerse VR.” Engadget says following videos will focus on “the nuances and complexities of race, diversity and identity,” and we hope to see further additions soon.
