Rapper Fabolous Receives Key to the City in Brooklyn, NY

*Fabolous was honored by his Brooklyn hometown on Thursday (March 9) with a shiny, new key to the city.

The event took place at Brooklyn’s Borough Hall, and hosted such guests as Wale, Ryan Leslie, and Fab’s ace mixtape collaborator, DJ Clue, according to a release from Roc Nation.

Swizz Beatz was also on hand to say a few words about his “Return of the Hustle” partner.

“He’s the secret weapon for fashion, the secret weapon for music, the secret weapon for creativity. He’s the secret weapon behind a lot of artists doing what they do today,” the famed producer said, per HotNewHipHop.
