*Tina Knowles Lawson says it would be “really great” if her daughter Beyonce secured part ownership of Houston Rockets, adding she’s got the hometown roots that would endear her to fans.
As previously reported, current Rockets owner Leslie Alexander announced he was selling the team last month, and Bey was reportedly among the interested buyers.
TMZ caught up with Mama Tina outside of Mastro’s Steakhouse in Bev Hills on Tuesday.
While she claimed not to know much about her daughter’s business plans, she did give her opinion on how Bey would be the perfect Rockets owner.
