*The life story of famed choreographer Fatima Robinson is coming to Fox in the form of an hourlong series.

According to Deadline, FOX received a script commitment with penalty for “Take It From The Top,” which is set in 1990s era Los Angeles and centers on Robinson’s rise as a choreographer in hip-hop and the obstacles she faced along the way.

The show will be written by “NCIS: Los Angeles” writer/co-producer Joseph C. Wilson as well as Abdul Williams, who wrote BET’s highly acclaimed biographical series “The New Edition Story.”

Robinson has choreographed numbers for Michael Jackson, Aaliyah, Fergie and Pharrell Williams and was the mastermind behind NBC’s “The Wiz Live!” and  Kendrick Lamar’s buzzy 2016 Grammy performance.
