rihanna

*Robyn Rihanna Fenty – one of the most legendary artists in the industry. In fact, there is absolutely no way you haven’t heard of her.

She has produced songs that catch the heart of many, and the struggle she has been through in her life is proof of the woman of substance that she is.

Although Rihanna has an incredibly gifted voice and her music is definitely among the best in the industry, her story and the way she has dealt with problems is truly inspirational.

With her Fenty beauty line, foundations in 40 different colors (!), the inspirational artist has displayed yet another act of kindness for the girls who look up to her.

RiRi’s story is a lot more than just beauty or makeup. She’s taught us life lessons that we cannot thank her enough for, all the while proving that she’s just as human as any of us!

  1. “When you realize who you live for, and who’s important to please, a lot of people will actually start living. I am never going to get caught up in that. I’m gonna look back on my life and say that I enjoyed it – and I lived it for me”
  2. “God just has a way of working things out the way he wants to and you have no say in that.”
  3. “You have to just accept your body. You may not love it all the way, but you just have to be comfortable with it, comfortable with knowing that that’s your body.”
  4. “People take the little bit of information that they’re fed, and they draw a picture of who you are. Most of the time, it’s wrong.”
  5. “When I am putting looks together, I dare myself to make something work. I always look for the most interesting silhouette or something that’s a little off, but I have to figure it out. I have to make it me. I think that’s the thrill in fashion.”
  6. “I think love is one of the purest things you can sing about. One of the best things you can sing about.”
  7. “If you don’t live your life, then who will?”
  8. “I always believed that when you follow your heart or your gut, when you really follow the things that feel great to you, you can never lose, because settling is the worst feeling in the world.”
  9. “I think I’m like most people – we fear the unknown and the things that have yet to come to pass, which are the very things that don’t deserve to be feared. When you give God complete control, it’s very hard not to be fearless.”
  10. “That’s all I could ever hope for, to have a positive effect on women. ‘Cos women are powerful, powerful beings. But they’re also the most doubtful beings. They’ll never know – we’ll never know – how powerful we are.”
  11. “I have a lot of other stuff to accomplish before I get to kids. Whenever the time is right, I’ll just know. If I had a girl, she’d probably be really rebellious. She would be like a bundle of karma. I would love to bring them up in Barbados.”
