*Bobby Brown has lost his legal bid to stop TV One from airing the Bobbi Kristina movie. A judge ruled in the network’s favor, the New York Post reported Thursday.
Brown sued the network for over $1 million in damages, arguing that the movie defames him in making him look like a poor father and violent husband to his late ex-wife, Whitney Houston.
Judge Analisa Torres said that “whether Bobby Brown was a bad father is a matter of opinion.” She also cited passages he wrote in his 2016 autobiography “Every Little Step: My Story” in which Brown admitted to physically abusing Houston.
“I turned around to her, drew back my hand, and smacked her across the face,” he wrote of an incident with the singer.
TV One said in a statement: “Today the court rejected a motion for a preliminary injunction filed by Bobby Brown and the Estate of Bobbi Kristina Brown that sought to enjoin the network’s airing of the original movie, “Bobbi Kristina”. We are pleased with the court’s ruling and look forward to sharing this poignant look at the life of Bobbi Kristina Brown with our audience, Sunday, Oct. 8.”

Actress and model Eva Marcille allegedly refuses to address, on camera, rumors that she’s a part-time lesbian.
According to Love B. Scott, now that Eva has joined ‘RHOA,’ producers were hoping for some drama after things got a little messy at Kandi’s ‘Essence’ magazine cover party. But apparently Eva is not serving up the tea like they had hoped for. When she first began filming with the ATL housewives, someone brought up rumors of her alleged lesbian relationships with Missy Elliott and Queen Latifah (Google it). But Eva allegedly denied the rumors on camera and later cussed out the girl who brought them up OFF camera.
A B. Scott source says that Eva didn’t want her alleged lesbian past mentioned because her boyfriend, Michael Sterling, is running for mayor. She doesn’t want to do or say anything that could be damaging to his campaign.
