“The 100-year-old structure, designed by noted architect Stanford White, was meticulously renovated and enlarged to combine old world craftsmanship with state-of-the-art modern amenities.”
“According to the listing, the current owner carefully rotated the original house 90 degrees so the historic triple-height studio room (which faced north) is now a 30-feet high living room looking west over the pond.”

The Carters, including daughter Blue Ivy, 5, were spotted out at Bruno Mars’ sold-out 24K Magic World Tour show at Madison Square Garden on Saturday.
“They seemed to be enjoying the show. Beyoncé danced while Jay cuddled with Blue Ivy,” a spy revealed to Page Six. The site also reports that the family later went to see Mars backstage. It was one of their first public night outings since Beyoncé gave birth to twins Sir and Rumi.
Mars performed a private concert uptown at the Apollo Theater this month for a TV special that will air Nov. 29 on CBS.
