May, 2009: Drake and Rihanna allegedly hooked-up in New York at the Lucky Strike Bowling Alley. This was the first time they got together and Drake rapped about the evening in his famous track Fireworks.
November, 2009: Rihanna put down the rumors of her and Drake dating by telling in a radio interview that they are just friends.
January, 2010: Drake admitted in an interview with XXL in the “fill in the blanks” questions that him and Rihanna are kind of dating.
October, 2010: Rihanna released the music video of her song “What’s My Name” which features her and Drake showing off amazing chemistry and get all couply in the video.
June, 2012: Chris Brown and Drake fall into a fight allegedly because of Rihanna.
April, 2013: Drake confirms that the fight between him and Chris Brown was kicked off because of Rihanna.
September, 2013: Drake appears on the Ellen De Generes’ show and is forced to talk about Rihanna. He said, “Yeah, great girl, we had our moment. Always support and have love for her,”which hinted that the two might be on good terms again.
May, 2015: Rihanna and Drake are seen backstage after his Coachella performance. It gives air to rumors that the two have reconciled and are back again.

January, 2016: Drake and Rihanna were seen shooting for an upcoming video called “Work”. There were some really steamy scenes in the video which showed the chemistry between the two was back on.
February, 2016: The couple gave a racy performance for The 2016 BRITS on the song “Work”.
June, 2016: Drake and Rihanna were spotted leaving a nightclub together. Drake also flew all the way to the UK the same month to be with Rihanna.
August, 2016: Drake confessed her love for Rihanna at the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard award.
October, 2016: Rihanna and Drake reportedly split up due to their busy schedules. Drake started dating India Love and later was rumored to be dating J.Lo.
November,2016: Rihanna started dating Saudi Billionaire Hassan Jameel.
August, 2017: Drake sends an indirect message to Rihanna after breaking up with J.Lo. In an Instagram post, he wore FentyxStance socks and captioned the picture “Trabajo”, which hints he might be regretting the split.
