*Naya Rivera and Ryan Dorsey will split custody of their son following her arrest for domestic battery.
The couple has filed court documents to share legal and physical custody of Josey Hollis Dorsey, 2, according to The Blast.
The “Glee” alum filed for divorce again from Dorsey, 34, earlier this month. She first filed in November 2016, but called it off in October 2017 after hooking up with David Spade.
Rivera, 30, was arrested over Thanksgiving weekend for allegedly bashing Dorsey in the head and lip with a cell phone while they were taking their son for a walk.
The couple got married in July 2014 — on the same day she had been slated to marry rapper Big Sean.
Rivera’s rep told us on Friday that “the family is working together peacefully and all matters have been amicably resolved.”
