According to TMZ, “detectives happened to catch 3 men leaving one of the houses in a van and brought them in for questioning. They told cops they’d been hired by one of Kelly’s associates, Alfonso Walker, to sell everything because Kelly was moving his entire operation to Chicago.”

However, Kelly’s team told cops Walker was just a part-time employee. Investigators got a search warrant for Walker’s home and found some of Kelly’s property there.

He reportedly gave cops 3 different stories about how Kelly’s property ended up in his house. Cops believe Walker sold the items in R. Kelly’s house, ‘room by room’ to make a profit out of it.

Walker was supposed to turn himself in Tuesday but no-showed. Police have issued a warrant for his arrest on ‘two counts of burglary, two counts of theft by taking and at least two counts of theft by deception.’

The local authorities are working on locating the missing possessions. Captain Chris Byers says its challenging to assess the amount of all the lost items because of the size of the home. It has been reported that a man paid $6,000 for the items, per Celebrity Insider

“There was a bunch of furniture and electronics stolen-a bunch of TVs. You’re talking a TV in every room of the house,” Byers explained.
