Jeanette Epps: NASA Astronaut’s Brother Blames Racism For Her Removal from Space Station Mission

*OK, in the words of Keith Sweat … somethin’, somethin’ just ain’t right … as far as NASA astronaut Jeanette Epps becoming the first African-American International Space Station crew member, after she was chosen to go on the June 2018 mission.

That’s because, seemingly out of nowhere, last week NASA ejected Epps from the team, which of course killed her her shot at making history.

But the question is WHY because NASA hasn’t given a reason. Well, if you aske her brother, Henry Epps, the obvious answer is racism.

NASA’s Jeanette Epps was on track to become the first African-American International Space Station (ISS) crew member. However, on Thursday the space agency announced it was rearranging their scheduled line-ups and Epps would be replaced by Serena Auñón-Chancellor for the June mission.
