*OK, this is gonna be real interesting to see how this plays out. So much for that favorite Republican talking point called “states rights.”
Just when California legalizes marijuana for recreational use, Attorney General Jefferson Beauregard Sessions III has decided that the federal government knows better than the states. That means in his eyes, smoking weed is still a FEDERAL CRIME.
Like we said, this is gonna be interesting to see how this plays out.

WASHINGTON — Attorney General Jeff Sessions on Thursday rescinded an Obama-era policy that paved that way for states to legalize marijuana. Instead, Sessions will allow federal prosecutors in states where pot is legal to decide how to enforce the federal ban on marijuana sale or possession.
