*T.I. and Tiny have reportedly abandoned their attempt to keep the IRS from seizing his assets to satisfy a massive tax lien.

According to documents obtained by The Blast, T.I. had been battle the IRS for years after they hit him with three liens totaling $6,211,424.76 in unpaid taxes and informed the rapper they would begin seizing his assets, including his home, to pay off the debt.

Both T.I. and Tiny filed documents to have the decision by the IRS reviewed, but the court dismissed their motions because the deadline to file had passed, reports The Blast. The former couple appealed the dismissal, blaming the delivery service as the reason for their late filing.

Now, both T.I. and Tiny filed documents to dismiss the appeal outright, and noted that their attorney had already discussed the move with the legal counsel for the IRS.

Although the case is closed, their tax liens are still in effect.
