*The body of a New York rapper has been found under the bedroom of his home after he was shot and killed in January 2017.

Brandyn Dayne Foster, whose stage name was Brandyn Dayne, was reported missing after he was shot by Carlos Graham. Two searches were conducted for him at his home: the first was in October 2017 and the second was in Feb. 2018, according to Hudson Valley 360. In February, authorities discovered his body in a crawl space.

The victim’s girlfriend, Sade Knox, his friend, Graham, who reportedly cheated with Knox, and a third person named Ashton Adams, lifted the floor and buried Foster’s body.

“They poured cement over the body and covered it with dirt and gravel,” Greene County District Attorney Joseph Stanzion said. “They assisted in hiding the body.”

The DA did not state a motive for the speculated murder.

The group took Foster’s Cadillac Escalade to a Connecticut casino to make it seem like he had disappeared there. Then, they caught a cab back home.

Graham has been charged with second-degree murder as well as six felony counts related to possession of a weapon, stealing a car and concealing a corpse. He has pleaded not guilty to the murder charge.

Knox and Adams also were charged with three felonies for allegedly aiding in concealing the murder. Knox family posted her bail while Graham remains in Ulster County Jail. He is scheduled to appear July 3 in Greene County Court.
