*Phaedra Parks’ incarcerated ex, Apollo Nida, decided to throw some shade at her while praising his fiancée, Sherien Almufti.

From behind prison walls, the former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star found a way to share a post on Instagram where he said some harsh things about his 8-year marriage to Phaedra.
