‘Hustle & Soul’ Star Lawrence Page Sues Landlord for $2M Alleging Disruptive Renovations

*“Hustle & Soul” star Lawrence Page has filed a $2 million lawsuit against the landlord of his NYC soul food spot Pink Tea Cup for allegedly disrupting his business with new renovations.

According to documents obtained by The Blast, Chef Page says tat daily dust and debris from the construction has forced them to shutter the doors of his Brooklyn restaurant multiple times since March 12.

Page claims his loss of business is also from electrical outages and leaking water due to the renovation.

Page says that since the renovations began, he has been complaining to the landlord, but the guy allegedly suggested that the reality star close up the restaurant, give up his lease and go on his way. He even claims the landlord offered cash to move out.

Page’s lawsuit seeks $2 million in damages for the loss of revenue and inventory.
