*Jada Pinkett Smith says the word “divorce” is not in her and husband Will Smith’s vocabulary.
“Here is the thing about Will and I, we are family, that is never going down. It’s just not,” Jada said of persistent rumors they’re splitting.
The Hollywood power couple have been married since 1997 and share two kids, Jaden Smith, 19, and Willow Smith, 17. Will also has an older son, Trey, from a previous marriage to Sheree Zampino. Will and Sheree were married from 1992 to 1995.
“We are family,” Jada explained. “Take out all that whole marriage, relationship crap, at the end of the day, Will and I are family. I am going to hold him down, doesn’t matter. All that relationship and what people think ideas of a husband, partner and all that, man, whatever. At the end of the day, that is a man that can rely on me for the rest of his life, period.”
Will and Jada’s relationship is so solid that her husband even goes on vacation with his eldest son and his ex-wife.

“I feel as though Trey needs to feel that dynamic between his two parents,” she shared. “That’s very important that he can feel that connection and feel where they do meet. So he can feel that parental connection. I think that’s important.”
Meanwhile, Jada recently revealed to Megyn Kelly that she knew when her son lost his virginity because of his newfound “swag.”
“There’s just a certain swag, there is. He was walking different, and there was just a loss of this – my little boy was gone. My little boy was gone. I looked at him and I was like, ‘Where have you been? What’s been going on?’ And he said, ‘You know, I was just with a friend.’ And I said, ‘Oh, okay, anything you want to tell me?’ And right away [he told me] because Jaden can’t lie.”
The ‘Girls Trip’ star even admitted that her pregnancy with Jaden was a “challenge” because he “wasn’t planned”.
“Jaden was a surprise. He wasn’t planned … so my life changed quickly. There was a lot of adjustment to make. At that particular time, Will’s career was just taking off and somebody has to hold the fort down at home. It was very challenging and trying to figure out who I was supposed to be in this new life.”
