*Turns out Lil Scrappy’s car wreck this past weekend was captured on surveillance video, according to TMZ.
Footage shows the rapper’s white Mercedes veering off the road in Aventura, FL, near Miami, and slamming into a utility pole.
He blamed the crash on sleep deprivation.

The 911 call from a witness has also been released and reveals grave concern for Scrappy and his passenger, friend Ca$ino Roulette.
Luckily, Aventura PD was quick to respond to the scene, as noted in the audio.

Scrappy and Roulette were hospitalized as a result of their injuries.
The “Love & Hip Hop” also avoided any criminal charges in the matter.

*Rapper and reality star Lil Scrappy was hospitalized over the weekend after a near-fatal car accident left him unconscious.
The incident occurred in Miami on June 3, and according to reports, the “Love and Hip Hip” suffered a broken leg that requires an operation. After the accident, Scrap hit up social media to provide an update for his fans.
“Man God is great I can’t even show u the car o, thank God for given me a fam and people that rides with me @casinoroulette in here hurt too we fucked up but God saved our lives #Godisgreat #Mercy #Grace im blessed with a wife and daughter to help me back up but God is great and we are alive thanks big God #hospitalflow thank u to my moms too who came and made sure her Baybay aight and my mother in law came thru thank you too,” he wrote.
