Kelly Rowland on Cardi B/Nicki Minaj Dust Up: ‘We Just Can’t Be Fighting’ – WATCH

*Kelly Rowland was at the Harper’s Bazaar party last weekend and found herself witnessing first hand the embarrassing and uneccesary tussle between Nicki Minaj and Cardi B. It was something she’d rather not seen. Even more, she wishes it hadn’t happened at all.

Roland was asked by E! News what she thought of the ordeal. Her response is clear that she wants noting to do with that sort of thing and seemingly says Cardi and Nicki are better than that.

“I think in a time where Serena Williams is fighting for equality—I love both Nicki Minaj and Cardi B and I think that they are extremely talented—and in a time when she is fighting for women’s equality, we just can’t be fighting.”

“There’s no time for us as women to fight and they are just so talented and I just genuinely love them both so much, but it’s just not the time. We have way bigger issues as women, you know what I mean? So I don’t know. I’m Switzerland, I don’t f–cking know,” she said exasperatedly.

In other Kelly Rowland news, if you missed it, back in July, the singer/actress showed her love for good friend Demi Lovato in the wake of her reported drug overdose earlier this week.

The Destiny’s Child vet got some temporary ink that pays homage to Lovado’s lion tattoo, which the “Sorry Not Sorry” singer has on her hand. “@ddlovato I [love] you,” read the caption on Rowland’s post, which displayed a drawing of a lion, similar to Lovado’s tat. Later, Rowland posted a video of her getting the tattoo done.
