Kyrie Irving: ‘F*ck Thanksgiving’ + Steph Curry in Black Friday Car Crash

*Boston Celtics’ Kyrie Irving said on Thursday that he “meant no disrespect” after he criticized the Thanksgiving holiday.

After a 117-109 loss to the New York Knicks, Irving’s spirit was in no festive mood Wednesday night. When a reporter wished him a Happy Thanksgiving the five-time NBA All-Star said he doesn’t celebrate the holiday.

“F*ck Thanksgiving,” he added.

After taking some serious heat, Irving took to Twitter and admitted his comments were foul.

“I spoke with frustration after last night’s game and spoke words that shouldn’t be in a professional setting no matter what,” Irving wrote in a Twitter message on Thursday.

In a follow-up tweet he added: “Meant no disrespect to the holiday and those who celebrate it respectfully. I’m grateful for the time we all can share with our families. We are always ONE.”

In related news, Golden State Warriors star Steph Curry was in a multi-car wreck on an Oakland highway early Friday morning, TMZ reports. His Porsche was smashed up but the baller didn’t suffer any injuries requiring medical attention.

He was reportedly driving on Highway 24 when a car spun out and collided with Steph’s black Porsche. A second car then smashed into him from behind.

The rainy and wet road conditions appeared to be a factor mash-up.

An ambulance and the California Highway Patrol arrived at the scene, but Curry and everyone involved in the crash reported no serious injuries.
