Yes, you read the headline correctly.
Early Saturday morning in Atlanta, rapper/actor Bow Wow was arrested for allegedly beating a woman who was also arrested for … you ready … allegedly beating him, too.
According to Atlanta police they answered a call around 4:15am this morning over some sort of dispute between Bow Wow and the woman. When they arrived, the woman claimed Bow Wow assaulted her. He claimed it was the opposite.
Both, Bow Wow (real name: Shad Moss) and the woman, sustained visible, minor injuries.
Police identified the woman as Kyomi Leslie Holden.
Needless to say, police couldn’t figure out which one was the true (or first) aggressor, so they cuffed both and charged them with misdemeanor battery.

In other police/hip hop news, rapper Blueface has been arrested for gun possession.
Law enforcement sources say the man behind the “Bust Down” dance craze was in downtown L.A. Friday at around 7pm when cops got word there were rappers in the area who were carrying large amounts of cash and wearing lots of jewelry. The concern was that there were robberies in that area by gang members and cops were worried the rappers were easy targets.
Here’s what TMZ is reporting …
When LAPD rolled up, Blueface and his posse scattered and several of them tossed their guns away as they fled.
Blueface and two others were apprehended. Cops later discovered the guns were loaded.
Blueface was booked for felony possession of carrying a loaded firearm.
He was released on $35,000 bail.
