*Wendy Williams fans left stunned and some outraged after she dropped the n-word on her show yesterday.
While discussing YBN Almighty Jay’s beat down near Fifth Avenue, Wendy let the racial slur slip, saying, “I just love Fifth Avenue shopping. It’s unbelievable, you n*ggas…”
She immediately caught herself and apologized, telling the audience she gets “very comfortable” talking to them.
But some Twitter users were not having it.
User @CMalachiNbk wrote: “So, is it ok for @WendyWilliams to say the N word in a derogatory way on live tv just cause she black??? Fuck no! She should be held just as much as any white person saying that word!!!
And @Volta4mee said @WendyWilliams saying the N Word was offensive. Please tell me how I can explain this to my kids. #nooneisammune.

*Meanwhile, embattled actor Jussie Smollett appeared with his attorney at the Leighton Criminal Courthouse in Chicago on Tuesday. The hearing was to determine whether cameras will be allowed into court during his proceedings on Thursday.
As reported by TMZ, Smollett, 36, was accompanied his siblings and his legal team, including famed attorney Mark Geragos. His attendance wasn’t required as CBS Chicago tweeted: “He is choosing to be here. Not required.”
The “Empire” star was arrested last month for allegedly conspiring with two Nigerian-American brothers to orchestrate the Jan, 29 attack. He was charged with one felony count of lying to police when investigators determined he paid the brothers to help him fake a hate crime.
Smollett now faces 16 felony charges and a maximum of 64 years in prison for filing a false police report. He was hit with one felony for every lie he allegedly told. According to the report, offers for acting and club gigs have dried up since the indictments.
“We’re told Smollett’s getting zero calls for new work, and is being treated like a pariah.”
Jussie maintains his innocence and he did not make a statement to reporters in court this afternoon.
